Digital competence is the current key competence
Digitization is the greatest economic and social upheaval of modern times. The rapid changes are the result of completely new technologies. As a person, you should be able to keep up with these in order to always have your finger on the pulse. This is especially true for professional life: Companies urgently need employees who can support them in the digital transformation. Digital competencies are therefore very much in demand.
Digital competence summarizes various knowledge and skills of a person that reflect his or her handling of digital tools and digital challenges – in private as well as in professional life.
Digital competencies are needed in companies in various departments and positions. These include the correct use of programs and tools, but also being able to process and analyze newly acquired information.
The area of digital competence also includes the conception and implementation of new digital content and solutions. These can be simple websites, extensive online stores or more complex programs.
The European Reference Framework describes various measures of how people can and should learn throughout their lives. This also gave rise to the European DigiComp guideline. Based on these, companies can improve the digital competencies of employees by optimizing their use of technologies and media. Our course is adapted to the DigComp 2.2 AT reference framework and completely covers the 25 competencies it contains at the two levels Basic.
The online course thus consists of 25 modules and quizzes. After successful completion, participants receive a certificate according to the DigComp 2.2 AT reference framework.
